Audubon Convention 2019 Event Details


  • Early Bird Registration: $425. Available from March 13 – April 14.
  • Regular Registration: $450. Available from April 15 – July 19.
  • On-Site Registration: $495. Available on-site beginning July 25.
  • One Day Only Registration (Saturday or Sunday): $250
  • Saturday Night Banquet with Awards and Special Speakers: $65

Submit a Proposal

You’re invited to submit session proposals for the 2019 Audubon Convention! The convention program will feature high-quality interactive sessions that build the capacity of leaders within the Audubon network. This is your opportunity to share your expertise with Audubon’s broad and diverse community. We welcome proposals from all.

There are two ways to share your expertise:

  • Present a formal workshop
  • Present a poster that illustrates a project or program

The deadline to submit a formal workshop proposal is Friday, January 4, 2019.


The full program will be announced in early March 2019. For planning purposes, the agenda is outlined below.

  • Morning plenary session
  • Concurrent sessions

  • Closing dinner

  • Field trips


Thanks to generous donations from Audubon supporters, we are pleased to be able to offer a number of Audubon Convention scholarships to help chapter leaders and center volunteers attend this exclusive event.

Scholarship applications will launch on Friday, February 1.
